For help with Blackboard, Mediasite or email, please call 575.562.4999 or use our toll free number: 877.755.3668 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Mountain Time.)
The Help Line has extended hours when classes are in session: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. (Mountain Time). and Saturday Noon until 5 p.m. (Mountain Time)
Please note that the Help Line is closed on Sunday, Holidays and during University closures.
